Responsibilities
Lead or assist in conducting collateral field exams following established protocols.
​
Assess the quality and quantity of collateral supporting asset-based revolving lines of credit, focusing primarily on accounts receivable and inventory.​
​
Engage with borrowers and all levels of management, including bookkeepers, accountants, warehouse managers, CFOs, CEOs, and business owners.
​
Utilize various Excel-based workpaper templates, including our proprietary and lender-specific formats, to document findings.
​
Prepare comprehensive written reports summarizing exam results and recommendations.
Qualifications
A degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
​​​
While 1-2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or collateral examination experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
​
Strong analytical abilities, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
​

Location
Our work is hybrid, with our staff working on-site at commercial borrower locations and from home. Fieldwork is performed at client locations, often less than a week onsite, followed by the preparation of the field exam report from your home office. This hybrid approach offers a balanced and flexible mix of in-person and remote environments.

New hires will receive training both onsite at borrower locations alongside our experienced staff and remotely via Microsoft Teams, supporting a seamless blend of hands-on and virtual training.
​
This position is ideal for individuals living near borrower locations in Bucks County, Montgomery County, Northeast Philadelphia, Burlington Country, Mercer County, and surrounding areas.
​
Some overnight travel is required but is limited, and all company-related travel expenses are fully reimbursed.
